Our team is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Newcastle office.

About the role

Contribute to the delivery of multi-disciplinary engineering designs and feasibility studies.
Prepare technical reports related to specific design issues.
Prepare equipment procurement packages, designs, calculations and cost estimates for conventional engineering, research, and development assignments.
Develop networks and relationships within teams, across the organisation and with clients.
Assist with the preparation of proposals and tenders (such as estimating design hours).

About you

Degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in engineering consulting and EPC/EPCM projects in the mining and resources sectors/ wet & pumps experience highly desirable
Design experience using S3D, HELIX, Rocky, Autopipe, PSFF, Hammer etc. highly regarded.
Project and/or site experience highly regarded.
Sound understanding of current codes and standards including Australian and ASME.
