Full Job Description

Casual Catering Assistants and Kitchen Hands

$27.09 per hour + 25% Casual Loading

Onsite parking available

Monday to Friday rosters with the opportunity to take on more shifts

Chartwells are specialists in providing catering and hospitality services in education. Our goal is to provide engaging and nutritious dining solutions tailored to support academic achievement at the highest levels.

**Must be have reliable transportation as this site is not accessible by public transport.**

THE PERSON

Experience with customer service and basic food handling experience is desired
Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
National Police Clearance
Friendly, customer-oriented attitude
Barista skills is an advantage
Being flexible to handle diverse tasks, from food prep to cleaning based on the needs at that time

THE POSITION

Dishes washing using a commercial dishwasher
Assist the kitchen to prepare and present basic food and beverages
Provide friendly customer service
Operate the till to take orders and process transactions
Collaborating effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations
Adhering to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices.
