Who Are We Looking For?

We aren’t looking for a hyper-specialized expert; we are looking for a curious, adaptable tech enthusiast who loves solving problems and helping people.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

A "Can-Do" Attitude: You love figuring out how things work and aren't afraid to tackle unfamiliar tech challenges and show people how exciting the result is.
The Fundamentals: A solid baseline understanding of IT concepts (hardware, software, and basic networking).
A Touch of Code: Basic coding exposure or a willingness to learn scripting/coding basics.
Great Communication: You can talk to clients politely, explain tech in simple terms, and keep a cool head under pressure.
Versatility: You are equally happy troubleshooting an email delivery issue, fixing a piece of hardware, or answering a helpdesk call.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level 1 helpdesk and technical support to our business clients.
Assist with software installations, email infrastructure management, and basic coding tasks.
Handle hardware setups, troubleshooting, and equipment repairs.
Collaborate with senior team members to learn the ropes and contribute to growing the business.

Pay: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour
