About the Role
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll work closely with our talented kitchen team to prepare and present dishes that reflect our Anglo-French culinary style. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills across all kitchen sections and contribute to a seasonal, produce-driven menu crafted to complement our estate wines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes
- Support chefs de partie and the sous chef in daily kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
- Learn and rotate through all sections of the kitchen
- Assist with stock control, ordering and minimising waste
- Uphold the standards of consistency and quality expected in every service
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- A genuine passion for food and the culinary arts
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and varied shifts
Requirements & Qualifications
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or working towards it)
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices (Food Safety Certificate desirable)
- Full working rights in Australia
