About the Role

Reso Scaffold is seeking an organised, motivated, and experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our growing scaffolding business.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can manage office operations, coordinate administrative systems, support project teams, and ensure efficient business processes within a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and company communications
Maintain company records, contracts, invoices, and documentation
Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal staff
Assist with payroll, accounts administration, and procurement coordination
Support project managers with operational and administrative tasks
Monitor office supplies, equipment, and company resources
Assist with HR administration, onboarding, and staff coordination
Ensure compliance with workplace policies and safety procedures
Prepare reports, correspondence, and operational documentation

Skills & Experience

Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems
Experience within construction, scaffolding, or trade industries is highly regarded
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Knowledge of invoicing, scheduling, and office administration processes

Pay: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
