Job Description

Located steps from Wynyard, Novotel Sydney City Centre is a haven for comfort, productivity and relaxation. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic full-time Front Office All-Rounder to join our team.

What Will You Be Doing?

Delivering service excellence from check in to check out and everywhere in between
Be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors
Completing a variety of tasks ensuring everyday is different. From selling the Hotel's facilities to maintaining guest accounts
Perform duties of Night Audit, room controllers and porterage service
Providing passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times
Assisting our guests with our self-check in kiosks
Ensuring guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program

Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience Include:

Previous customer service experience, preferably in a Hotel environment
Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and preferably OPERA Cloud
The ability to work under pressure, multi-task and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues
Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation
Have a natural ability to surprise guests with your authentic guest service
A genuine customer service focus and a strong dedication to always making our guest’s smile during their stay
Availability to work 38 hours per week across a 7-day rotating roster including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
