Full Job Description

Crowley Care has a unique and flexible approach, developed over 45 years of experience, allowing our staff to provide residents and clients with the care they deserve.

The Opportunity

Casual Positions are available with the possibility to transition into permanent part-time in the future.

Crowley is looking for Care Workers to do what they do best; provide quality care services to our residents in a way that makes customers continue their day with a smile. Simple.

Hourly rate of pay: $36.09 (Perm Base Hourly Rate excluding shift penalties), greater than 500 hours experience.

Please note: Sponsorships are not provided to overseas applicants at this time, including those currently living in Australia.

About You

Successful applicants will have:

A Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care or willing to complete an on-the-job traineeship (hourly wage will be adjusted accordingly for a traineeship)
A kind heart and genuine interest in helping older persons
A commitment to quality care and service
Be reliable, adaptable, accountable
Act with humility, integrity, respect, understanding
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A desire to work as part of a dynamic and flexible team
