Job Description

Are you ready to take the next step in your property career? Are you an aspiring Residential Property Manager looking to make a career move into Commercial Property Management or an experienced Commercial Property Manager? We seek to appoint a Property Manager to be based in our Ballarat office on a full-time basis.

What you’ll be doing:

Be the first point of contact for tenant enquiries and assist in resolving day-to-day issues.
Maintain lease administration, financial procedures, and reporting standards.
Manage rental collections, outgoings, and recoverable costs with a strong focus on arrears control.
Collaborate with Property Managers to prepare annual operating budgets.
Process invoices, raise work orders, and manage debtors efficiently.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

3+ years’ experience in a similar role within commercial, retail, industrial or residential property.
Certificate of completion CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
