About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Facility Manager (Cleaning & Housekeeping) to lead operations at our TabCorp Melton site. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced supervisor or manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, managing staff, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will play a key role in driving performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across the site.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing daily cleaning operations and service delivery
- Supervising and supporting cleaning staff and team leaders
- Conducting quality audits and site inspections
- Ensuring compliance with WHS and safety standards
- Managing stock, equipment, and consumables
- Handling client requests, feedback, and service reviews
- Monitoring KPIs including client satisfaction, audit scores, and profitability

About You (The Right Candidate)
You are a proactive leader with strong organisational skills and a passion for operational excellence. You enjoy managing teams, solving problems, and building positive client relationships.
To be successful, you will have:
- Proven experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities management
- Strong team leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to manage rosters, workloads, and performance
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Knowledge of WHS compliance, safety procedures, and site operations
- Ability to handle complaints, escalations, and urgent requests professionally
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and service delivery
- Confidence working with reports, budgets, and labour costs
- You're professional, respectful and have excellent communication and customer service skills
- You have good time management and organisational skills
- You're able to follow direction and work independently
- A Police check is required
Preferred (but not essential):
- Experience managing large sites or multiple teams
