Positions Available – Start ASAP!

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, as some tasks involve unsupervised work and the handling or disposal of materials that have age restrictions. Please do not apply if you are under 18 years of age.

Monkey Mania is an exciting indoor play centre for children recommended between 1 - 12 years of age, featuring inflatable jumping castles, toddler play areas, foam ball arenas, climbing structures, and giant slides. It’s a place full of energy, laughter, and unforgettable birthday celebrations.

We host fantastic birthday parties with fully themed party rooms, dedicated party hosts, and unlimited play. As a team member, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for families.

Customer Service / Floor
Help create a welcoming and enthusiastic atmosphere for families visiting Monkey Mania. Your responsibilities may include:

Engaging with customers and creating a positive experience
Restocking items and maintaining presentation
Assisting with table service
Enforcing centre policies and safety procedures
Answering customer questions and resolving issues using strong communication skills

General Cleaning
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for children and families is essential. Tasks include:

Detail cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen and café area, and dining room
Stacking chairs and wiping tables
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Disposing of rubbish and compacting cardboard
Restocking and refilling paper towels, toilet paper, and soap dispensers

Shift Requirements & Expectations

Shifts are very fast-paced; you must work efficiently while maintaining quality
You will work through a checklist of tasks each shift and must complete all duties with honesty, consistency, and attention to detail
Use appropriate chemical procedures and training for all cleaning tasks
Tasks are monitored via CCTV to ensure cleanliness standards are met
During opening hours, you will also be required to assist with customer service and floor duties
Strong communication skills are essential to effectively resolve any issues that arise

Must be trustworthy, reliable, and physically capable of completing all cleaning and physical duties safely and efficiently.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Shifts vary, but ongoing general cleaning shifts are:

Fridays: 5 pm – 8 pm
Saturdays: 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm

Availability during these times is essential. During school holidays, these shifts will increase to additional days, providing more hours and opportunities.
