GPC Asia Pacific is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our Finance team as a Store Network Credit Officer. This full-time role is based at our Rowville Support Office and offers the opportunity to be part of a supportive and high-performing team.

About the Role

You will deliver outstanding customer service while managing credit control and account administration across our store network.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound customer and store enquiries
Resolve complaints, disputes, and banking/receipting queries
Process journals and maintain accurate account records
Conduct debt collection activities and negotiate payment plans
Investigate overdue accounts and manage stop credit processes
Set and review customer credit limits and ensure security compliance
Perform reconciliations, receipting, and key account management
Complete reporting and general administrative tasks as required

About You

Customer service experience
Looking to kick start your professional career, or an experienced person wanting to join a stable, progressive company
Be available for a full time
Be willing to work a rotating roster, Mon-Fri 8am-4pm, with rotation of 10am-6pm
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and develop strong professional relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate mathematical and literacy skills
Intermediate computer skills, and confidence with excel
