What you'll be doing
As a Relief Ward Clerk, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of hospital wards and units. You will manage patient information, coordinate admission and discharge processes and support staff with efficient ward administration.
- Maintain accurate patient records, admissions, transfers and discharge data
- Manage ward clerical systems and support daily operational activities
- Coordinate patient transport bookings, medical records and ward documentation
- Support clinical teams, patients and visitors with professional customer service
- Assist with ward supplies, mail distribution and onboarding of new staff

Proven extensive clerical experience in an office support role.
