About the Role
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appliance Service Technician to join our growing team in Sydney.
- This is a field-based role, ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, enjoys working independently, and values excellent customer service.
- You will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a variety of domestic appliances, including washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, cooktops, and rangehoods across multiple premium brands such as Asko, Fisher & Paykel, Miele, Bosch, Electrolux, Smeg, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and Repair domestic appliances
- Daily interaction with Consumers, Retailers and Commercial Customers.
- Working closely with Service Allocations Team & Field Service Manager
- Manage spare parts and van stock to enable first visit resolution
- Accurate & timely completion of service jobs via company issued technology
- Adhere to all work, health & safety requirement
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in domestic appliance repairs
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills with minimal supervision
- Experience with a range of brands such as Asko, Fisher & Paykel, Miele, Bosch, Electrolux, Smeg, etc.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with strong time-management abilities
- Full, unrestricted driver's licence
- Full working rights in Australia
