THE OPPORTUNITY

Location: Bells Creek, Caloundra

This position plays a key role in warehouse operations by overseeing documentation, systems, and communication for inbound and outbound loads, ensuring efficient truck turnaround times and accurate processing of all records.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Play a key role in coordinating day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring inbound and outbound loads run smoothly.
Manage load-out planning, adjusting in real time to maintain efficiency and meet operational demands.
Act as the central point of communication between warehouse, QA, transport, and drivers.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all shipment documentation, including load sheets, delivery dockets, and MTCs.
Monitor pallet movements, investigate discrepancies, and maintain asset control processes.
Support compliance by maintaining traceability, audit readiness, and adherence to QA and customer standards.
Contribute to daily operational reporting and identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and efficiency.

ABOUT YOU

Experience in a warehouse or logistics administration role (preferred).
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy across documentation and systems.
Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with teams, drivers, and stakeholders.
Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing operational needs.
Proactive problem-solver who can identify issues early and take ownership through to resolution.
Experience with warehouse or ERP systems (e.g. D365 or similar).
A team player who contributes to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
