The Inside Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting customers across Australia and New Zealand by delivering timely, accurate, and customer‑focused sales and technical support. Working closely with internal teams and external sales colleagues, this role helps customers identify the right solutions, ensures orders are processed efficiently, and contributes to strong, long‑term customer relationships.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Respond to incoming customer enquiries from Australia and New Zealand with professionalism and care.
- Understand customer needs and expectations to recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Propose alternative products based on cost, availability, or technical specifications where appropriate.
- Provide first‑level technical product support and collaborate with subject matter experts when escalation is required.
- Prepare and process customer orders, quotations, returns, and changes accurately and efficiently.
- Present pricing, credit, and commercial terms in line with established procedures.
- Communicate estimated lead times and suggest options to help customers meet delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to track order status and meet delivery commitments.
- Partner with external sales colleagues to support account strategies and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in customer relationship management systems and provide regular updates to key customers.
- Work in line with quality, safety, and operational procedures.

- Clear communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
