About You
To succeed, you will have experience, skills and demonstrated ability at the appropriate level for the position as outlined in the Position Statement (Position Statement link at the bottom of this advert).
You will have a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or a Juris Doctor (JD), together with a PhD (or nearing completion of that award) or equivalent accreditation and standing.
As a Teaching Focused academic, you will deliver high-quality teaching to undergraduate and postgraduate students. You will make a positive contribution to the Law School's culture of collaboration and innovation, support the delivery of strategic goals, and enhance the reputation of the School, Faculty and University.
You will be required to travel to UNE campuses for your role, including for teaching, research and service.
The School of Law is interested in receiving applications from outstanding researchers and teachers in all compulsory core units, particularly: commercial law, contract law, torts law, criminal law, and/or tax law.
