The Opportunity
As an Executive Assistant you will be responsible for providing high level executive support to the Executive Director,.
This position is responsible for but won’t be limited to:
- Delivering high-level confidential executive support, including complex diary/email management, correspondence screening, and ensuring responsive, high-quality stakeholder communication.
- Coordinating and preparing executive materials such as briefings, correspondence, reports, agendas, minutes, and meeting documentation, ensuring readiness for decision-making and follow-up actions.
- Managing information and workflow systems, including record keeping, tracking databases, and file management, to monitor progress and ensure timely responses across the Directorate.
- Providing administrative and operational coordination, including travel arrangements, invoice processing, committee support, and general office functions.
- Supporting projects and stakeholder engagement by maintaining project files, assisting with reports and presentations, and fostering effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
There are currently 1 x permanent position available and one [1] fixed term full-time position available for 3 months with possibility of extension.
