Icaro Holdings Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Café All Rounder/Barista to join the team at Icaro. This role is responsible for supporting beverage preparation and service operations of the café, including preparing and serving drinks, customer interaction, cleaning duties, and maintaining beverage service areas.
The successful candidate will contribute to delivering friendly service and maintaining a positive customer experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
● Prepare and serve coffee, tea, iced drinks, smoothies, matcha beverages, hot chocolate, and other café food and beverages to customers.
● Take customer orders and process payments using POS systems.
● Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
● Maintain cleanliness of beverage preparation areas, coffee stations, equipment, utensils, and service counters.
● Replenish stock, supplies, and takeaway items as required.
● Assist with stocktakes, receiving deliveries, and storing stock appropriately.
● Assist with clearing tables, washing dishes, and maintaining clean customer service areas.
● Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.
● Provide friendly and professional customer service.
● Support other team members to ensure smooth daily café operations.
