Join a progressive organisation delivering community-led programs with the Northern Territory's largest Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service.

Full Time Permanent Contract

$104,539 to $125,092 per annum

Total effective package $128,083 - $154,041

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager People and Workplace Culture, this role will coordinate, design and facilitate the professional development and training of all Congress staff, with a strong focus on supporting the growth and development of Aboriginal staff.

What we are looking for?

A person with:

Is of Aboriginal descent; identifies as an Aboriginal person; and is accepted as an Aboriginal person by the community.
Experience in Learning & Development with possession of Cert IV in Training & Assessment or the willingness to obtain.
A passion for the development of workers and aligning learning pathways to strategy and succession plans.
Great team player with excellent stakeholder management capability.
High level of motivation with the ability to work independently and cooperatively within a team environment.
Current NT Drivers License.
Willingness, ability and appropriate levels of health and fitness to travel to and work from remote locations if required.
