Competitive Salary: Starting at $90,196 per annum.
Based: Multiple Locations (Haasts Bluff/Papunya)
Term Type: This position is Full-time, Fixed-term role until 30 June 2027, with the potential for extension.

Who We're Looking For:

Are you an experienced Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Do you love being the go-to person for stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, or team support? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

The role could potentially offer a balance of being town-based, with approximately 60-70% of your time spent working in the community or, community based where community-based housing would be provided non-local applicants—giving you a chance to connect with the people and places that make this region so special.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Coordinate aged care services across assigned council locations, ensuring service continuity, continuous improvement and legislative compliance.
Ensure the service is delivered in a culturally appropriate manner, in line with community development principles, committing to the continual development of corporate knowledge.
Develop and maintain partnerships with staff, clients, families, and health professionals to identify client needs and make recommendations within a consumer directed care model of service delivery.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about making a difference.
