Full Job Description

Flower Power is Australia's largest retail Garden Centre & Lifestyle group, boasting 11 retail stores across Sydney and Maitland. We cultivate, source, and sell an extensive selection of plants, landscape materials, outdoor furniture, homewares, and gifts.

The Role:

If you love plants and enjoy helping people, this full‑time Horticulturist position in Enfield could be a great fit. You’ll be part of a supportive, fast‑paced team where you’ll create a welcoming experience for every visitor. You will do this by sharing your plant knowledge, guide customers with confidence to close a sale, whilst maintaining a tidy and well‑presented work areas.

What We Need From You:

Certificate III in Horticulture or a similar qualification is favourable
A motivated, hands‑on mindset with a focus on achieving results
Genuine enthusiasm for outdoor work and a vibrant team environment
Strong customer service and sales abilities
1–2 years of experience in a retail nursery setting is preferred
Clear, professional communication skills - written and verbal
A positive, energetic approach and willingness to collaborate
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
