Your New Role
As a Senior Analyst in Enterprise Finance Business Partnering, you will play a key role in shaping financial insight and decision-making across the Fund. You will work with Enterprise stakeholders to unpack complex problems, challenge assumptions, and translate data into clear, decision-ready insights that drive better member outcomes.
Key duties include but are not limited to:
Delivery of accurate and timely monthly financial management reporting as well as ad hoc reporting including commentary.
Ensure the effective monitoring of financial position and provide advice on meeting financial plans.
Build trusted relationships with the Enterprise leadership teams to ensure clear and open lines of communication.
Collaborate with the Domains to develop, refine, and execute financial strategies that align with the fund’s objectives.
Contribute to annual planning and multi-year forecasting, including scenario analysis.
Support the identification of efficiency opportunities and improved resource allocation.
Improve planning, forecasting and reporting processes, including automation and use of data tools.
Contribute to Finance transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled analysis and insights.
What You’ll Need
Previous experience of a minimum of 5+ years in a related role (Finance partnering, financial modelling, consulting, actuarial).
Developed influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
Experience with Power BI, Python and/or other analytical and data visualisation tools.
Knowledge of the Superannuation and/or Financial Services industries is desirable.
