About The Role: As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated ICT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand business requirements, analyse existing systems and processes, and recommend technology solutions that support organisational objectives. You will play a key role throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring business needs are translated into practical and effective ICT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business system requirements;
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and system workflows;
- Identify areas for improvement including system functionality, and recommend scalable technology solutions;
- Collaborate with software developers and UX designers during the development lifecycle;
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, wireframes, data flow diagrams, and SOPs;
- Create user and training documentation and develop functional specifications for use by system developers;
- Use data and process modelling techniques to create clear security system specifications for the design and development of system software;
- Test, maintain and upgrade business systems to ensure they operate and function as designed and are alignment with business goals;
- Design and implement add-on changes to business systems to further improve business processes;
- Maintain a strong understanding of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
How to Apply: The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor degree or relevant higher qualifications in related fields with 2 years of experience as an ICT Busness Analyst or similar roles or at least 5 years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications.
