Practice Coordinator/ Senior Receptionist

Full Time | Chatswood NSW

We are seeking an experienced Senior Receptionist or Practice Coordinator to join our growing team at TranscenDental Chatswood.

This is more than a traditional reception role. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, helping a team succeed, and contributing to the growth of a modern dental practice.

The successful applicant will initially work closely with the Principal Dentist and team in a senior reception capacity, with the opportunity to grow into a Practice Coordinator or Practice Management role as the practice continues to expand.

As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for someone who would like to grow with us and become an integral part of our long term vision.

About the Role

This role combines patient care, administration, leadership, and operational support.

Responsibilities include:

Managing patient enquiries and appointments
Coordinating daily appointment flow
Supporting treatment plan follow up and patient communication
Monitoring recalls and reactivation opportunities
Assisting with staff coordination and rostering
Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new team members
Assisting with stock and supplier coordination
Helping implement systems and processes across the practice
Working closely with the Principal Dentist on business growth initiatives

About You

You are someone who:

Has previous dental reception experience
Is confident using dental software such as EXACT or D4W
Has excellent communication skills
Is organised and detail-oriented
Takes initiative and enjoys problem solving
Is reliable and accountable
Enjoys helping patients and supporting a team
Wants to develop professionally and take on greater responsibility over time

Previous experience in a senior reception, team leader, coordinator, or management role will be highly regarded.
