In this role, you'll:
We are seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to provide expert support across enterprise application environments, with a strong SAP operational focus, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical business systems.
You will monitor and optimise application performance, lead incident and problem management activities, and drive operational excellence across cloud and DevOps-enabled platforms, leveraging technologies such as Azure, AWS, and modern development stacks.
Working closely with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders, you will maintain high service availability, support digital transformation initiatives, and balance day-to-day operational priorities with strategic improvements to reduce risk and enhance service outcomes.

About you
The ideal candidate is an experienced operations professional with strong expertise in enterprise applications, particularly within SAP ecosystems (including Equip, Ariba, ABAP, and Basis), and broader cloud-based environments across Azure and AWS.
You bring deep technical capability across modern technologies such as Java, C++, and DevOps practices, combined with strong analytical skills to interpret system performance data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
A self-starter and collaborative team player, you are a confident communicator who can influence stakeholders, work across multi-vendor environments, and manage competing priorities to deliver reliable, high-quality operational outcomes.
