$145,605 - $160,719 salary package - includes base salary ($128,284 - $ 141,600) plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
This is a great opportunity to step into a Senior Developer role where you can make a real impact. You’ll be part of a collaborative agile team delivering modern, web-based solutions that support TAFE NSW. From designing and building applications to integrating systems and improving performance, you’ll be involved in the full development lifecycle using contemporary tools and technologies.
You’ll also have the chance to shape how things are done—contributing to technical standards, improving development practices, and working closely with business stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes. If you enjoy solving complex problems, influencing solutions at scale, and working in a purpose-driven organisation, this role offers both challenge and variety.
About You
As a Senior Developer, you will be a key member of the Digital Solutions team, responsible for building solutions to deliver customer value. You will have strong understanding of development best practices, including unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration and delivery. You will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a timely and effective manner. Ability to work in dispersed teams, operate independently and communicate and document clearly are essential.
In this role you will exercise your skills as part of working collaboratively with a geographically dispersed team. You will have the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with them to understand their requirements using a variety of communication skills.
You will bring experience with development using PowerPlatform, Dynamics365, Azure Devops and associated Microsoft tools as well as experience with API tools.
Essential Requirements
- A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).
- Degree qualification in a related field or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing Business Solutions based on Microsoft Azure and D365/Power Platform services.
- Knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps, Agile development practices, and API tools.
Highly Regarded:
- Experience with Dynamics365 Field Service Module
- Experience with Dynamics365 Finance and Operations
- Experience with developing systems to support Enterprise Asset Management Environments
