If you’re after impact, there’s no other organisation in Australia that delivers work on this scale.
Here's your chance to design and deliver efficient, customer-focused services that also enhance accessibility, sustainability and overall quality of living for more people than you've imagined.
You will be part of the Enterprise Transformation and Change Division within the Enterprise Change Management Branch.
As an Enterprise Change Analyst, you will support people, culture and organisational transformation change programs that span multiple initiatives, stakeholders and priorities. Here’s your opportunity to help shape how large-scale change is designed, analysed and delivered across Transport for NSW, supporting programs that impact our people, workforce, and culture across the Transport Cluster.
With a background in people, organisational development or transformation change project delivery, you will:
Support and deliver enterprise-wide change initiatives, ensuring people and culture impacts, risks, and readiness are identified and managed
Work closely with Change Managers and senior stakeholders to assess impacts, dependencies, and organisational readiness
Provide clear analysis, impact assessments, and reporting to support decision-making
Track change activity, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement, and contributing to evolving change frameworks and ways of working
Support capability uplift through mentoring and guidance of team members
Our office is located at Macquarie Park, with hybrid working arrangements. The team office days are Mondays and Thursdays, with additional in-person collaboration during branch all-in days, training, planning workshops, and delivery activities. This role operates within the team’s established delivery rhythm and contributes to collaborative outcomes across the Enterprise.
