New Town Toyota is growing and we're looking for people to grow with us.

We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, coordination, and working closely with multiple departments in a fast-paced automotive environment.
You'll play an important role in ensuring smooth vehicle flow, accurate stock management, and timely vehicle delivery across the dealership network.

Hours of Work

Full-time permanent role
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

How you will make an impact

Manage the end-to-end monthly vehicle ordering process
Coordinate vehicle stock allocation and availability across dealerships
Source and arrange dealer swaps in line with business requirements
Process incoming vehicle stock and maintain accurate records
Liaise with Sales and Pre-Delivery teams regarding vehicle status and release
Monitor demo vehicles including servicing, recalls, registrations, and compliance
Prepare regular stock and performance reports for management
Review pending finance deals to support timely vehicle delivery
Attend monthly build priority meetings and support new model launches
Provide administrative and vehicle licencing support as required

What we're looking for

Previous automotive industry experience preferred
Strong administration and organisational skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems
TUNE experience desirable but not essential
Current Australian driver's licence
