We believe that behind every click, scroll, and conversion is a story, and we are looking for a skilled Web Analytics Specialist to help us tell it.

The Role

We are seeking a data-driven Web Analytics Specialist to own our tracking ecosystem and digital analytics strategy. In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw data and business decisions. You will be responsible for setting up robust tracking, monitoring user behavior, and translating complex data sets into insights that our product and marketing teams can use to improve the user journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Tracking: Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end web analytics tracking across various digital platforms using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Insights & Reporting: Build, maintain, and automate clean, intuitive dashboards (using Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits to ensure tracking accuracy, troubleshoot tagging issues, and maintain data privacy compliance (including Australian Privacy Principles).
Conversion Optimization: Analyze user funnels, drop-off points, and behavioral data to recommend A/B testing strategies that drive conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with web developers, product managers, and digital marketers to translate business requirements into technical tracking specifications.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 2+ years of dedicated experience in web analytics, digital analytics, or a highly similar data-focused role.
Technical Toolkit: Deep proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and building visual dashboards. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for advanced tracking setup is highly regarded.
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to analyze unstructured data, identify trends, and draw meaningful, commercial conclusions.
Communication Skills: The ability to take "data speak" and explain it simply to stakeholders who may not have a technical background.
Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia are required.
