In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering assurance activities and systemic safety investigations to support an effective Health & Safety Assurance Framework across Transport for NSW,
This role will see you support the delivery of assurance activities, coordinate safety audits, inspections and reviews, collect and analyse assurance data, assist with compliance reviews and risk control assessments, support systemic safety investigations, prepare briefings and reports, and contribute to learning and capability initiatives to build foundational risk, assurance and safety understanding.
You will support effective assurance outcomes and continuous safety improvement in a dynamic operational environment with competing priorities, multiple assurance activities and evolving best‑practice and compliance requirements.

About you
Your experience in assurance, auditing, compliance or WHS‑related support roles and working knowledge of WHS principles, safety risk management and assurance processes formed across safety, risk, compliance or assurance environments will see you manage competing priorities, coordinate assurance activities, gather and analyse information and support investigations to lead to improved compliance, stronger risk controls and enhanced safety and assurance outcomes.
You’re recognized as a reliable assurance support professional, skilled at coordinating audits, analysing assurance data and preparing reports and briefings, experienced in supporting assurance frameworks, safety investigations and stakeholder engagement within complex public‑sector environments.
