In this role, you'll:
This is a senior leadership opportunity to establish and lead the test automation practice across a complex portfolio of real-time applications within Transport for NSW.

You will lead the selection, procurement, and implementation of automation tools and frameworks, ensuring they align with organisational standards, DevOps practices, and delivery needs. You will design and maintain scalable automation frameworks, supporting integration across environments and enabling continuous testing and feedback.
The role involves overseeing the execution of automation across non-production environments, monitoring results, and ensuring clear reporting and visibility of quality outcomes across programs and platforms. You will also play a critical role in establishing governance, standards, and best practices across automation, ensuring consistency and quality across a complex integrated technology landscape.
You will actively build capability across teams, providing coaching, training, and technical guidance on automation techniques, tools, and frameworks. You will work closely with delivery teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive quality outcomes and ensure alignment across testing, development, and operational environments.
Operating in a fast-paced and complex environment, you will lead testing initiatives across multiple projects and platforms, ensuring effective coordination, delivery quality, and continuous improvement of testing practices.
