Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, the Regional Financial Controller for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) position will be key member of the Group Financial Controller’s leadership team and the regional leadership team. The role ensures full compliance with external financial reporting requirements and upholds strong financial governance across the region. It provides focused stewardship of the regional balance sheet, including working capital, cash and intercompany activity.
Acting as the finance lead for the APAC region, the role is accountable for developing high-performing local finance teams and for delivering accurate external, monthly and quarterly reporting across all regional entities. The position also plays a critical role in financial forecasting and budgeting that informs Business Unit and Business Group performance. The role maintains accountability for regional internal controls and broader governance.
