MyWorkZone Integration is a diversified team with specialized experts responsible for handling seamless integration connecting SAP system with multiple agencies spread across the NSW government. The team has Integration Manager, Architects and Consultants who are the pillars for Project Delivery and Operations.

Play a key role in delivering whole-of-government technology solutions that improve services for the people of NSW.
As a Senior Integration Analyst, you’ll contribute to the delivery of MyWorkZone - a major enterprise platform transforming how government agencies operate. You’ll work at the heart of integration design, ensuring systems connect seamlessly and deliver better outcomes across NSW Government.
You will be responsible for designing and delivering integration solutions that align business requirements with enterprise architecture.
Working closely with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams, you’ll provide expert guidance to ensure high-quality, scalable, and compliant integration outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of integration solutions across SAP S/4HANA and related platforms

Translate business needs into functional and technical integration designs

Facilitate technical design workshops and drive adoption of SAP clean core principles

Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and governance standards

Oversee integration lifecycle activities including SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare

Support system migration and rollout of centralised SAP solutions

Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external vendors to deliver outcomes

Contribute to policies, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
About you

Strong experience in SAP integration technologies (e.g. SAP Integration Suite, CPI, SAP PO)

Expertise across S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver (ABAP/Java), and SAP ecosystem tools

Experience working in complex enterprise environments or large-scale SAP implementations

Knowledge of cloud environments, databases (SAP HANA, SQL Server), and integration architecture

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

A collaborative approach and ability to work across business and technical teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments

A commitment to delivering high-quality, customer-focused outcomes
