Join NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) and play a vital role in the planning and smooth running of our training programs that support the people who care for our parks, wildlife, and communities.
About the role
This dynamic role is responsible for the coordination of professional, high-quality training programs that support the development of our Fire & Incident Branch workforce across the state. Reporting to the Team Leader Course Coordination and supervising the Administration Support Officer, you’ll be relied upon to lead the logistical planning that underpins successful training delivery while ensuring participants and facilitators receive exceptional support throughout the training lifecycle.
The role is suits an exceptional organiser with the demonstrated ability to coordinate and support the delivery of training programs by managing course logistics, maintaining training schedules and financial records, and ensuring course information is accurately communicated to participants. You'll work closely with trainers and stakeholders to provide the resources and support required for successful course delivery, while overseeing training venue, accommodation and transport arrangements, monitoring program budgets, and contributing to continuous improvement through a strong understanding of NPWS operations and professional development opportunities.

Essential requirements
- Experience in the provision of administrative and support services
- Experience in development and delivery of programs and projects
- Understanding of contemporary project management principles and practices.
