The Role:
As part of the wider Digital Marketing & eCommerce team, the Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for translating strategy into outcomes across CRM, paid performance, affiliate, and loyalty, driving growth by bridging high-level objectives with hands-on execution. With a big focus on retention and CRM, you will own the strategy and execution of Showpo’s conversion funnel support flows, and customer lifecycle marketing programs - email, SMS, App Push, Loyalty Program, and personalisation across AU, US, & UK. The main aim of this role is to drive growth through retention strategies by optimising flows, campaigns, segmentation and digital audience strategies, while ensuring Showpo’s loyalty program evolves to meet customer expectations across multiple global markets. You'll be deep in Klaviyo and Yotpo day to day, and you'll be one of the clearest voices of our customer inside the business - Showpo's tone is distinctive, and getting it right across markets, funnel stages, and cultural moments matters as much as the platform and data skills. This role works closely alongside the Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator and is responsible for the strategic and performance accountability layer above her execution work. You’ll be managing key agency relationships, project managing, running vendor evaluations, and keeping the weekly performance rhythm running.
