Details: Are you interested in helping to protect the health of the Canberra community? Are you knowledgeable about good database management practices? Do you get excited by working on improvements to existing business processes?
The Population Health Division (PHD) within Health and Community Services Directorate (HCSD) is looking to hire a Database and SharePoint Administrator to support the branch, managing a regulatory database suite and quality systems. The regulatory database suite manages licences and approvals for public health activities including food business, community pharmacies, infection control risk activities and radiation safety. The quality systems include controlled document management for the division, including the ACT Government Analytical Laboratory.
The Database and SharePoint Administrator is a super-user that ensures the integrity of these systems, manages change, provides user training and support, and prepares reports from these systems. The successful applicant also will work with the Assistant Director, Business Improvement to implement business improvements that support the vital work of the PHD.
