About the Role
As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and supporting technical evaluations (POVs). You will help qualify and close opportunities with customers and partners, and have a direct voice with the product team to help shape features based on customer and market feedback.

What You'll Do
- Partner with the Sales team to articulate the overall Xinference value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
- Own technical engagement with customers during the trial phase; communicate Xinference's value and work with customers to resolve any identified issues or concerns
- Deliver product and technical briefings/presentations to potential clients
- Support the closing of technical opportunities through competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility — with guidance from senior team members as you ramp up
- Maintain accurate notes and feedback in CRM regarding customer input, wins, and losses
- Proactively engage with customers and internal teams regarding product feedback and the competitive landscape
Who You Are
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience or a recent graduate holding a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field
- Passionate about technology and eager to learn how AI infrastructure solves real business problems
- A strong communicator — able to articulate both the business value and technical advantages of a product (written and verbal)
- Familiar with programming or scripting in any of the following: Python, Java, Ruby, Go, Node.js, PHP, .NET, or similar — coursework and academic projects count!
- Prior internship or project experience in a technical, sales engineering, or customer-facing role is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable with occasional travel to client sites (up to 45% of the time)
