About the Role
As a Senior Developer, you will drive the development and enhancement of QLeave's IT systems.
This is a new role in the digital solutions team and will be required to contribute to the development and maintenance of DevOps practices and standards.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Actively participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including designing, coding, reviewing, testing, debugging, and documenting complex system components.
Contribute to decisions regarding technical criteria for selecting products and components, tools, methods, and approaches.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce application design and architecture documentation.
Translate system requirements, functional specifications, and user stories into detailed technical specifications.
Serve as a subject matter expert on supported and new applications, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to team members.

What We're Looking For

For this role, we will consider how well you demonstrate:
Practical experience in implementing a Secure Software Development Lifecycle.
Expertise in developing and maintaining React-based web portals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure cloud services, Power Platform and Microsoft .NET.
Proficiency in cloud-native design.
An ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Skills in creating and maintaining clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
While there are no mandatory qualifications for this role, relevant qualifications or certifications in software development, cloud computing, or related fields will be highly regarded.
