We are seeking an experienced Compliance & Quality Superintendent to join our team.

Reporting to the Quality and Compliance Manager, the Quality and Compliance Superintendent is responsible for leading the implementation and coordination of an organisation-wide compliance program throughout MGM Bulk. This role plays a critical role in ensuring the ongoing renewal and maintenance of ISO9001 Quality Management System accreditation and monitoring additional organisational accreditations.
Operating across Western Australia, this role plays a central part in how MGM Bulk maintains regulatory and quality standards, embeds compliance into day-to-day operations, and protects the business's certification status — supporting a broad range of quality and compliance initiatives through effective implementation and oversight
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and continual improvement of the MGM Compliance System, ensuring all relevant legislation, regulations and obligations are effectively captured, communicated and embedded across the business
- Provide guidance and support to Department Leads to identify, monitor and address compliance obligations
- Lead and coordinate internal and external audit program, ensuring effective execution across ISO 9001 (support HSEC for ISO 45001) and WA and National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation (WAHVA/NHVA).
- Provide guidance and support to the Senior Leadership Team and Department Leads to build capability and ensure compliance obligations are understood and effectively managed
- Monitor and report QMS performance to senior leadership and champion quality awareness across the business
- Oversee the ongoing management and effectiveness of the Controlled Document Management System (CDMS) and ensure document control process alignment with the Document Management Plan and ISO 9001:2015
- Educate operational leaders to ensure accreditation requirements and responsibilities are effectively understood and managed
- Coordinate annual Modern Slavery Compliance Statement requirements

Skills and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of QA management systems, specifically ISO 900
- Extensive knowledge of WA Heavy Vehicle Accreditation (WAHVA) and National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation (NHVA) standards (Desirable)
- Strong technical experience building and running compliance programs
- Strong working knowledge of auditing principles and practice
- Broad knowledge of the transport industry
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills, with strong Microsoft Suite proficiency
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (or equivalent work experience)
- Diploma in Quality Auditing and Quality Systems Auditor training
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Valid C Class WA Driver's Licence
