THE OPPORTUNITY

Based at Randwick Racecourse the Membership Services Administrator will join our supportive, fun and dynamic Membership Team, acting as a liaison between our valued Members and the Club as well as working closely with the Membership Manager to meet the operational demands of our racedays.

Key responsibilities include:

Act as the first point of call for members by attending to phone calls, emails and face to face enquiries as they arise
Manage the member ticket office and concierge on Saturday racedays
Carry out data entry, recording, cleansing, audit, and maintenance in the membership database system
Undertake administrative activities associated with the annual membership renewal process
Manage allocation, bookings and ticketing requirements

THE RIGHT FIT

To be successful in the role, the right fit will possess:

Previous experience dealing with challenging customers and working in a customer service environment
A can-do pragmatic approach to problem solving with a proven high level of communication, customer service and presentation skills
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM program would be an advantage
Possession of a driver’s licence and car is preferred as travel to other venues is required
Tertiary qualifications in suitable discipline or equivalent experience would be an advantage
