Mammoth is a world-leading equipment and power system solution provider. We offer a broad range of innovative bespoke and universal solutions to the mining, transport, rail, industrial, agriculture and marine industries globally.

Due to our rapid growth, we are currently seeking applications from L1 System Engineers (Device Management) to play a critical role in keeping our workforce connected, secure, and productive. In this hands-on role, you’ll be the frontline of our IT operation, ensuring devices are seamlessly deployed, compliant, and performing at their best across a modern Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Administer and manage endpoints across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune
Enforce compliance policies including conditional access and security baselines
Provide Level 1 support for hardware, operating systems, and application issues
Deploy and maintain software including patching, updates, and policy-driven configurations
Monitor device health and proactively remediate non-compliance and performance issues
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for users and devices
Maintain accurate asset records and device configurations
Document procedures and provide end-user guidance on device usage and policies

Requirements:

Minimum 1+ year experience in IT Support or Device Management
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Intune, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint)
Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, and conditional access
Solid understanding of network fundamentals (LAN, WAN, VPN)
Demonstrated troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving capability
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with Apple Device Management / Declarative Device Management (DDM)
Exposure to platforms such as ConnectWise, Jamf, or similar tools
Understanding of endpoint security frameworks (e.g., Essential Eight)
Experience managing device lifecycle processes in enterprise environments
