About the Role
Join our team as a Project Administrator and play a key role in supporting a major refinery shutdown. You'll be responsible for coordinating mobilisation activities, keeping project administration on track, and providing essential support to the site team throughout the shutdown. As travel to and from site is required each day, applicants must reside within 50 km of Lytton, QLD.
Duties will include but not limited to
- Support employee mobilisation, onboarding and compliance documentation to ensure personnel are site-ready
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and the wider project team
- Prepare, format and distribute project documentation, reports and correspondence
- Maintain accurate project, employee and operational records across internal systems
- Support HSE, QA/QC and supervisory teams with documentation, reporting and compliance administration
- Assist with workforce scheduling, resource coordination and general office administration
- Monitor compliance records and ensure documentation is accurate, current and confidential
Requirements & Experience Needed
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working within an office/administrative environment
- Current and valid Driver's License (essential)
- Experience working in the Construction/Mining/Oil & Gas industry would be advantageous but not essential
- Strong IT skills such as database software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of verbal and written communication
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Strong focus towards attention to detail
