You’re a proactive, safety-conscious tradesperson who thrives in a hands-on industrial environment. You enjoy problem solving, take initiative, and have a genuine interest in growing your career within the steel industry.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- A current NSW Electrical Trade qualification (Supervisor or Contractor licence)
- Proven experience in breakdown fault finding, repair, and maintenance — ideally within a manufacturing or heavy industry environment
- Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills
- Solid computer literacy and comfort with modern maintenance systems
- A commitment to learning, improving, and contributing to a culture where safety comes first
Experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:
- PLC control systems and industrial automation
- AC and DC variable speed drives
- HMI and SCADA systems
- SAP or similar maintenance management systems
- Post-trade electrical courses or further training
If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and work with a team that values safety, growth, and innovation, we’d love to hear from you.
