Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute automated tests using a BDD-based automation framework.
Configure, manage, and maintain test environments to support both automation and functional testing activities.
Ensure automated test scripts are stable, reusable, and effective across all generated customer communication documents.
Perform business rule validation for generated insurance documents.
Maintain detailed bug reports, delivery notes, and supporting documentation.
Contribute to peer reviews of test cases and actively participate in review meetings and walkthrough sessions.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide regular status updates on test progress and risks.

Required SkillsCore Automation & Technical Expertise

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Testing Specialist (mandatory).
Hands-on experience in test automation, with proficiency in tools such as Ruby/Cucumber and Selenium (mandatory).
Strong expertise in Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks, particularly Cucumber (mandatory).
Practical experience with at least one programming language, such as Java, Ruby, TypeScript or Python (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of version control systems such as Git, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or similar.

Integration & Methodology

Solid experience in API testing using tools like SoapUI or Postman, including working with and validating complex XML structures.
Good understanding of context-based and risk-based testing approaches for complex business applications.
Experience using tools such as JIRA and Confluence for test planning, execution, and defect tracking.

Leadership & Delivery

Proven track record of working on large-scale, enterprise-wide technology platforms.
Experience in coaching and mentoring junior to mid-level testers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $110,000.00 – $155,000.00 per year
