Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be supporting the store and the team, shaping its culture and success.

We are seeking to appoint a full-time Assistant Store Manager who is driven by the desire to contribute their unique and proven management ability and passion for service, to make a real difference!

Our ideal candidate

Extensive and progressive retail management experience, exhibiting discretion, professional judgement, tact and diplomacy.
Creative individual with a flair for fashion
Passionate about creating a customer service and sales culture where customer expectations are exceeded
Motivated by the challenge of driving sales and creating a team environment that is buzzing with excitement
Confident in assisting with leading, training and developing your team to further their individual growth and maximize the stores performance

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Collaborate with Store Manager to develop and flex store business strategies, initiatives and growth across all categories
Assist with tracking store’s performance to meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily
Support the Store Manager in training and development of new and existing team members.
Show high levels of detail in visual merchandising and stock management
Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures
Provide effective leadership and delegate responsibilities to ensure all required store tasks are completed
Proactively resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind
Partner with Store Manager on elevated consumer issues
