Overall ,The Client Services sales Consultant will
- Manage sales for home care ,tracked to quarterly KPI's
- Implement best practice lead and database nurturing to optimise client lists.
- Forge positive working relationships with referral networks, community groups and local congregations
- Nurture relationships with existing clients to generate advocacy, referrals and future sales.
- Develop community networks ,attend and provide events ,information sessions and workshops.
- Monitor and report on local competitor activity to inform sales initiatives.
Sales & Experience
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships internally and externally
- Have experience in property sales, retirement living, client services or other relevant industry.
- Strong sales ability
- Experience working towards KPI targets
- initiative to work independently and autonomously
- Strong time management and prioritizing skills
- Are self motivated, Sales driven and competitive
- Wants a career that rewards you for your achievements
- Genuine can-do attitude
- Must be willing to travel to Expos and Community Development events

Salary: $75,000.00 - $95,000,00 gross per year
