Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. The role will be responsible for leading testing activities across SailPoint and NetIQ platforms, developing automation solutions, maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines, and ensuring high-quality delivery of IAM capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing activities for IAM solutions, including SailPoint and NetIQ.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, and Python.
- Maintain and support Azure DevOps pipelines, test execution, and reporting.
- Perform defect analysis, debugging, root cause identification, and validation of fixes.
- Conduct co-existence and integration testing across impacted systems and workflows.
- Validate provisioning processes, access governance controls, and system integrations.
- Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders within an Agile delivery environment.
- Contribute to effort estimation, test planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer/Test Automation Engineer in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium automation.
- Proficiency in Java and/or Python for test development.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and test management.
- Familiarity with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills
- Exposure to Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms such as SailPoint and NetIQ.
- Basic knowledge of CyberArk, Active Directory (AD), and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
- Understanding of access provisioning, governance, and identity lifecycle processes.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise IAM environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Pay: From $130,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sydney NSW
