About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Clinic Coordinator to join our team at Australian Skin Clinics Wetherill Park.
This role can be offered on a casual, part-time, or full-time basis and will require availability to work weekends as part of a rotating roster.
Working closely with the Clinic Manager, you will play a key role in driving clinic performance, supporting and coaching team members, delivering advanced skin and laser treatments, and creating exceptional client experiences. You will lead by example through hands-on client interactions, treatment delivery, and a strong focus on achieving clinic sales and treatment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Clinic Manager in achieving clinic sales, treatment, and performance targets
- Perform skin, laser, and aesthetic treatments in accordance with company protocols and industry standards
- Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend tailored treatment plans and products
- Consistently achieve individual treatment, retail, and KPI targets while supporting the team to achieve clinic goals
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to become experts in skin and aesthetics treatments
- Deliver exceptional client experiences that build loyalty and long-term relationships
- Lead by example through professional and engaging client interactions
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
- Maintain clinic presentation standards and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Assist with reporting, administration, and day-to-day clinic operations
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (highly regarded)
- Previous experience performing skin, laser, or aesthetic treatments
- Previous experience preferred in a leadership, supervisory, or team coaching role
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities
- A strong track record of achieving sales, treatment, and KPI targets, both individually and as part of a team
- Outstanding client service skills and a genuine passion for creating exceptional experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills that inspire and motivate others
- Experience using medical-grade devices, such as Candela Laser systems, is advantageous but not essential
