About You:
- You have a strong employment background with experience gained either in private practice or inhouse
- You have the ability to provide BAU support
- You have experience managing complex employment law matters in large organisations
- You are experienced in advising on compliance with Work Health Safety laws and anti-discrimination matters
- You are experienced dealing with employment regulators including the Fair Work Ombudsman and IR Commission.
- You have the ability to monitor legislative changes and industry best practices, recommending updates to policies and procedures
- You have the ability to influence and simplify complex information, communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels
- You have the ability to manage external facing issues
- Payroll remediation experience is not required in this role
- You have a minimum of 5 years' experience
- You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
- You have a current practising certificate
- You have the right to live and work in Australia
