In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering secure, resilient and highly available cloud platforms across AWS and Azure that support critical transport and regulatory systems.
This role will see you maintain the stability, performance and security of cloud platforms while leading incident management and continuous improvement.
You will lead operational excellence by building resilience, improving reliability and reducing risk in a complex, regulated, 24x7 enterprise cloud environment.

About you
You will demonstrate strong cloud operations expertise, with the ability to maintain stable, secure and compliant production environments.
You have proven incident and problem management capability, including leading incident response, conducting root cause analysis, and managing operational risk in
complex cloud platforms.
Demonstrated ability to improve operational maturity, with skills in automation, monitoring, governance and performance optimisation.
